Implemented by the Steering Committee of Architectural Interchange in Asia in May, 2024
The Committee, which is established in the Architectural Institute of Japan(AIJ), recognizes the importance of handling personal information of the participants in the International Symposium for Architectural Interchange in Asia(ISAIA) held in Kyoto on 10-13th, September 2024, and strives to handle it appropriately to protect their privacy.

- When the Committee receives a request from an individual to disclose their personal information, the information will be disclosed after confirming that the requester is the individual in question. Additionally, if there is a request from the individual to correct their personal information, the necessary investigation will be conducted promptly, and corrections will be made based on the results.
